Hi,
When I am testing JDBC pools, always getting below error and it is intermittent. Can anyone help me on this?

Seems like an issue with Oracle, either its not running or TCP/IP connectivity is not possible, e.g. firewall issue. Google is your friend!
it’s also possible that a firewall may block the connection. If you are sure the Oracle is running, check with your network team.
