my server is not connecting to the data base and throws exception jdbc connection failed

details are not enough please provide complete error dump. Please try following disable and enable connection from IS. check whether proper driver is installed or not.

Kindly give us more details on which server, what’s the DB… etc. You will definitely get a solution.
