JDBC Adapter v61 and ORACLECURSOR

  • 1.  JDBC Adapter v61 and ORACLECURSOR

    Posted 01/24/05 09:09 PM

When configuring an adapter service for the JDBC Adapter, I notice that, on the Parameter Tab, column Param JDBC Type, one of the possible type selections is ORACLECURSOR. I also notice that, if that choice is selected, no parameters appear in either the input or output names on the screen below (or in the Input/Output section.

Does anyone know what this is about? How it works?

Is it possible to pass an ORACLECURSOR as a procedure parameter and actually use it.

Since there is no variable name created in Input/Output section for the cursor, how is it accessed?

Any help or ideas will be appreciated.

    Thanks.

    Dave Matlock
