What does this log statement on the server.log really indicate? Tried looking in various guides, google, etc. but am not coming up with if this is truly an issue and if so what to do about it.

The JCE Unlimited Strength Jurisdiction Policy File was not found. Please install it.

    thanks, diane

you need to get it from oracle site:

this file is not shipped with standard JCE due to US law restriction on exporting certain security tech.

    Hi Tong,

Even I see this message on the server.log

Afer downloading the JARS where do you want us to place these jars?

    1> Under IS/lib/jars/custom or IS/lib/jars
    2> Under JAVA/JRE
3> Do we need to re-boot the IS

Usually these files replace the corresponding ones under %JAVA_HOME%/jre/lib/security.

Yes, a restart of IS will be required.

    Holger

Did you mean /jre/lib/security/ inside your webMethods installation directory? - It does not work!
