Just so you know. One reason this type of feature would not be turned on in RBD is based on the license agreement for RBD. It states:
Notwithstanding any provision in the Agreement, Licensee is not authorized to use any of the following components or functions of the Program:
IBM Rational Application Developer features for development of non-EGL applications.
So, if you want to use tools/wizards that allow you to build non-EGL based applications (i.e. native Java), then you need to also install RAD.
One alternative to RBD and RAD only is to purchase the Rational Developer for the Enterprise. This is a Bundle of RBD, RAD, RDz, RDi, and RD A&L so for a lower price point than each of them individually, you can install what you need.
