    Hi All,

    I have cpe and icn deployed on WebSphere, when i load login page of cpe or ICN for both  i am getting 500- null pointer exception popup. in the logs "SRVE0060E: an exception was thrown by one of the service method of the servlet JAX RS servlet in application navigator" java.lang.nullpointerException with 500 code

    cpe Health& ping pages are loading.

    Please open a case against ICN so we can manage this, as we will need the ICN debug level JVM logs as well as some context around the changes that precipitated onset. The levels you are running are likely out of support. Please provide the fix pack levels for both ICN and CPE.

    Hello -

    We have reviewed this and need a case open to support to review the ICN JVM debug logs and some context around what changes precipitated issue onset.  

    Note:  Your build levels are very old and may be fully out of support (CPE 5.2.1.5) but we can verify within the case.

    Hi, Thanks much.

    Please find the attached screens, can not take out log due to sec reasons.
    i have verified the configuration in websphere with PROD, all looks same.
    1) CPE,ICN and wpxt is on same jvm server. wpxt login page loading and able to login but both CPE and ICN has same issue, when i hit the url i am getting 500 popup not even login page is loading.
    CPE: dap521.005.247
    ICN: icn203.800.411
