ITX11 - Shadow file rename failed

    Hi,

    We recently migrated a mapping from ITX 10 to ITX 11.0.2, and we are now seeing the following error in the Launcher log:

    "Shadow file rename failed."

    The system is configured for 1 map concurrency, and the error does not occur consistently - not always on the same card.

    Could you please advise on possible causes and recommended corrective actions?
