I need to open a service ticket with IBM for an issue I have with ITX 9.0.0.2 Design Studio.  at the box "Enter your keyword", I typed ITX, no match.  Websphere gave me some result but none was related to ITX at all.  The most I could find was "Websphere Transformation Extender v8.4.1 which is not what I current have.

Please advise if you know how I can find the product to open the service ticket.

...and you should find a match.  The WebSphere branding was dropped some time ago.
