Is there any other way to keep 2 versions on same machine or server .we  have like 50 Maps that needs to be upgraded. If we install 64bit we may loose existing version which is installed on 32 bit.

WTX 8.3 and ITX 9.0 can both be installed on the same Windows machine (although Windows itself must be 64 bit) although only one of them can be associated with the default extensions.
