   Hope you are doing well!

I am new to ITX and looking for a solution for below problem in ITX.
We are running ITX 10.1 on Sterling Integrator 6.0.2. I have developed the initial X12 map in ITX and that works fine. In case of a compliance error the map is generating below compliance report. I need to translate this report content into an error email body. I need to understand the structure of this file in order to build a map (either in SI map editor or ITX) that can translate this to email.

I0000 Interchange unique id: NoUniqueID
I0001 Group index: 1, control number: 56
I0002 Transaction index: 1, control number: 0043
E0198 One or more segments in the transaction are in error.
E0158 The segment at position 12, segment id 'HL' contains data element errors.
E0171 A mandatory data element is missing: element 3, subelement/part n/a.
E0158 The segment at position 13, segment id 'TD3' contains data element errors.
E0177 A data element contains an invalid code value: element 1, subelement/part n/a, value 'ZZ'.

Can someone please help me with below information?
  1) The complete list of these error codes with descriptions.
  2) Any documentation that describes the structure of this report file.
  3) Hierarchical relationship between different error codes, since multiple records in the file report the same error.
  4) In case you have any other error handling solution for emails.
