It's impossble to add columns to custom tables created as copy from an existing table

    If in a Data Module a copy of table is created by using custom tables, there is no way to add new columns to it.
    The only workaround is to create a new copy.
    This is really annoying because all changes are lost and relationships need to be recreated.

    This is in 11.1.6.

    Maybe I'm missing something, but that would surprise me because I extensively searched for ways to do this.
