Update, issue was solved by applying what the IBM's support suggested:
"Hi Julio, One of the DB migrations seemed to have failed during the upgrade which caused this issue. Can you please try to restart the group pod: "kubectl delete pod group<tab>" and then wait about 30-45mins to see if the issue gets resolved?"
That solved the issue!

(I opened a case anyway, but wanted to share it here, I will post the case results here)
We did a test run for upgrading an OVA deployment from 8.16.3 to 8.17.0 but after the upgrade we received a blank page.
After reconnecting vcenter, azure and aws labs we could see the VMs again, but everything is green and no actions are show.
We went back to the snapshot and everything was ok back at 8.16.3, upgraded again and no nothing again, had to re-register targets, but still no actions.
Plans run but dont finish either.
Any similar experiences? We will stay at 8.16.6 at most for a while, but I wanted to ask.
