I took the IT Benchmarking Course course again...just as a refresher.  It's good to see the improvements made over the past several years.  I think we will use benchmarking initial to get a baseline read of how we do compared to other manufacturing companies.

We've been looking at the integration between CT and Benchmarking. No conclusions yet.
