When our customers try to download Connection Manager from the IBM Security Verif Privilege (ISVP) Tools section, they are unable to download it directly. ISVP redirects the user to IBM Fix Central.

To download Connection Manager from Fix Central, the user needs to have an IBM ID and also needs to identify and locate the correct version.

As you know, Connection Manager is required on macOS systems. How do you normally handle this situation? Downloading the package ourselves and providing it to the customer every time it is needed seems quite cumbersome.

With Delinea, the Connection Manager package can be downloaded directly from within the application, whereas with IBM, it needs to be obtained through Fix Central.

Is there a recommended or more convenient way to provide customers with the Connection Manager installation package?
