Hi,

I have a challenge in reconsiling a disconnected directory. The data is exported into CSV and I have setup a full-recon CSV connector.
Reading the data leads to some unmatched accounts (as expected) and those will be reported and removed from the directory by the directory operators.

When I now try to remove the unmatched accounts under "Account Configuration", I get the warning that only matched accounts will be removed.
(see attachement)

Is there a way to remove these unmatched accounts from SVG?

(Allready tried loading a new CSV file without these accounts, but that doesn't work).

Hello Kees,

as far as i know, the only way is to:

• create a fake identity, match the unmatched accounts to the fake identity and then to remove them, or
• delete the accounts directly in the source/target system.

Thanks for you quick response.

I tried removing from the target (a csc in my case), but getting a db error on the next sync.
Will collect logs on this and open a PMR.

Until solved, I will use your suggestion of fake identity.
