    Log4j2 manager failed to create a rolling file appender as it's not able to create a directory or file under '/opt/ibm/wlp/usr/servers/runtime/logs' though Log4j2 configuration has this folder '/opt/IBM/wlp/usr/servers/runtime/logs'.  Because some logs we are creating under '/opt/IBM/wlp/usr/servers/runtime/logs/${extension_artifact_name}' and NO issues observed.  

    Another observation is that the above exception is NOT thrown when Logj42 version 2.17.2 is used.  Based on my reading, I don't find major differences between 2.17.2 and 2.19.0 or 2.20.0.   

    Another note is that we have few other extensions deployed with version 2.17.2 and we upgraded ONLY one extension using 2.20.0.

    Please let me know if you have any solution to the above problem.
