    Hi all,
I should install a package with istallation manager, so I ve download the fix, configuring the repository:

    test the connection:

but when I try to install, I get

that means that download manager cannot find any package to install??
    I've googled also and find
    https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/error-installation-manager-cannot-find-any-packages-install-when-installing-clearquest-and-fixpack
    but I'm sure I use repository.config
    also
    https://stackoverflow.com/questions/51332920/ibm-installation-manager-1-8-4-cannot-find-any-packages-to-install
    but if I use imcl the result is the same;

What's wrong? is there a log I can see to determine what happen?
    thanks

    Hello Francesco,

At $IBM_INSTALLATION_MANAGER_HOME you will have log directory. Is fixpack properly downloaded and unziped?

    https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/mustgather-installation-manager-issues-installing-and-updating-websphere-application-server-v80-v85-and-v90#

Hope this helps. Tell us if you need more support.

Hi Francesco, could you please explain a bit what exactly you want to do and what you did already?
    - Which product are you referring to? WAS, WebSphere Portal or something else?
    - Do you want to install the product or do you want to update the product?
    - Which packages did you download and added to the repository? (I see three repositories but do not know what they contain)
    Thanks in advance.

    Hi Lars,
    try to explain better :)
I have to install CF11 (comulative fix 11) to the portal; On my machine there was alredy istalled WAS and WebSphere Portal; The CF11 look like this:

if you open wps-cf11-automatic-response.xml you 'll se that path are in windows format (while I'm using linux):

    I also do not know if this file is useful or not;

    thanks a lot

    Hi Francesco.

    Thanks for the additional information.
From my point of view, you should only have to add the main repository (/home/dev/IBM/repo/repository.config) and remove the others.
But this should not be the issue.

After you have added the repository, you have to click on "Update" to apply the fix to an installed product.

This will then open the page to select the package to be updated.

You select the package to update and then click "Next", then you should get the option to apply the fix.

At which point in the above description do you get an error?

    Just another question:

    the link is unreacheble:
    http://www-10.lotus.com/ldd/portalwiki.nsf/xpDocViewer.xsp?lookupName=Combined+Cumulative+Fix+Readme+V8.5.0.0#action=openDocument&content=catcontent&ct=prodDoc

It ask me that I need to complete the process I need to update the profile, and details at the link, but the link is unreable? So How can I complete the prcess?

Hi Francesco, I do not know what exactly was described on that page but I assume you will find the information here:
Combined Cumulative Fix strategy | HCL Digital Experience 8.5 (hcltechsw.com)
    and especially for stand-alone here:
    https://help.hcltechsw.com/digital-experience/8.5/overview/ccf_85_standalone.html

    Regarding the rollback:
The rollback files are stored within IBM Installation Manager.
You can trigger a rollback via GUI for example, see screenshot below and also described here:
Rolling back packages by using console mode - IBM Documentation

If you want to delete the rollback files, the instructions are here:
    Deleting installation rollback files (ibm.com)

    Hope that helps.
    Lars
