Issues with cloud extender

    We have just decommissioned the email server that the MaaS360 cloud extender ran on.  Its now on a virtual DC and i believe i have configured the cloud extender correctly because it can communicate with AD when i do the tests within cloud extender.  I have set up the user visibility module, user authentication module, exchange activesync and tried to set up the certificate integration module.  I created a new user on the DC last night, but it does not seem to have pulled that new user through to the MaaS360 web portal like it used to on the old server.  Can anyone point me in the right direction as bot O2 and IBM have passed me from pillar to post and don't know who i should speak to.  Thanks
