    Hello, 
    I'm getting issues trying to enroll Maas360 on PDA Honeywell CT60XP with Android Enterprise Device Owner mode. We use Maas360 token approach (https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/maas360?topic=mode-maas360-token) since device don't QR code reader. After installing Maas360 app on the device, we click on the Maas360 app and then ask for email account and Corporate ID, then username and password. After doing some background process, we get message that enrollment fails. Instance MaaS360 is configured with Android Enterprise using Google Account, username credential has been tested successfully using the end user portal. Under Devices --> Enrollments option, all the enrollment request appears as "Pending". I've seen that there is a MaaS360 App for Honeywell devices called "MaaS360 for Honeywell NEXT GEN" (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.fiberlink.maas360.android.oem.honeywell&hl=es_419&gl=US), don't know if the MaaS360 for Android has some issues with Honeywell devices. Any feedback will be welcoome. Thanks

    A few observations: 
    1. The issue you are seeing would appear to be post authentication, have you verified that the authentication settings are set up on the portal correctly? (Setup > Settings > Enrollment settings > Basic)
    2. The Honeywell app you refer to has not been updated since 2020. We have deprecated custom API's in Device Admin mode and replace them with Android Enterprise enrollment, complemented by App Config.
