Issue with wm.tn.archive.archive

    Hello All,

    We are trying to purge the data in TN DB.
    we tried to use the TN-BIS wm.tn.archive.archive to purge the data and when we run this service its running for ever without any results.
    The criteria we are giving for that service is 30 / 90
    As of now we have 5months of data in TN DB.
    Could some one give me some suggestions to resolve this issue please?

    i am using wM 6.1
