Issue with Webmethods & Clear Case integration

    Hi,

    We are integrating webMethods 7.1 with Clear Case7.
    We are experiencing some issues as follows.

    While trying create a package,or any component developer throws error “can’t create”.

    If we are trying to checkout a flow service also it throws error “Component is not locked”.

    We could see some logs like:

    java.util.MissingResourceException: Can’t find resource for bundle com.webMethods.vcs.resources.VCSExceptionBundle, key CreateProcess: cleartool lscheckout -directory -me -cview

    Has anybody experienced such issue?
    Or any guess on the cause of the issue…
