Spss v 25.0.0 is replacing sometimes my data row with strange symbols/characters.
I'm not sure what you mean, but if you are reading in a file that has extended characters, they might not be converted to Unicode properly if the locale or encoding is set wrong.
Please describe what you are doing/reading in when this happens.
