I have recently encountered an issue with background report generation in Cognos Analytics, and I'm seeking your assistance to resolve it.

I have configured the parameters in the "Report service", "Batch Report Service" and  "Repository Services" as follows:

RSVP.EXCEL.EXCEL_2007_LARGE_WORKSHEET set to true.

RSVP.EXCEL.EXCEL_2007_WORKSHEET_MAXIMUM_ROWS set to 1048576.

RSVP.EXCEL.EXCEL_2007_OUTPUT_FRAGMENT_SIZE set to 1048576.

RSVP.EXCEL.PAGEGROUP_WSNAME_ITEMVALUE set to true.

My expectation was that these parameters would allow unrestricted background report generation in terms of row count and inclusion of tab names in the generated Excel file.

However, when running a report in the background, I noticed that the resulting report is limited to 65,536 rows, and the tab names are not included in the generated Excel file. It's worth mentioning that when running the report interactively, the result meets expectations with no row restrictions and visible tab names.

I would like to know if there are any additional configurations, I need to make for the mentioned parameters to apply correctly in background report generation. I would also appreciate any guidance or recommendations to troubleshoot this issue and achieve the desired outcome for background-generated reports.

Update: I removed the parameter that names the sheets from the repository service, I restarted the service and it worked. However, the next day the original situation happened again, which is that of not taking the parameters. Do i have to restart the server?
