Today I could see my process models getting struck up at “receive” step itself. When it is receiving a doc, it idenfying and selcting TPA and triggering appropriate processmodel and executing receive step (first step in process model) and then stopping making the process model status to “Started” only. Not executing further steps in model…

Till yesterday, it was working fine. No clue why this is happening now.

Can any one of you please advise how do I resolve this?

Hi Sathish,

can you send the server log details, when your model is getting fired. Do you see any error or exception at that time in the log entries. Any way if possible send the server log it will help debug your issue.
