The error seems to indicate a problem with retrieving the security token from the backend. Is this an online or on-premise account? Would recommend raising a support incident and provide additional details (connection details, server logs, etc.) to analyze this issue further.

    Thanks

    Hi Tanuka ,

Do we need to create the STS configuration in the STS tab in the CloudStreams page? Is that required for the connectivity? How to pass the token information? Please share your inputs.

STS configuration is not required for handling the secure token retrieval from the backend. The token retrieval is handled internally by the connector. Check the server logs for more details around this error or raise an SR for us to investigate this further

    Thanks,
    Tanuka

Thanks Tanuka for your response. The issue is resolved at our end. The CRM password was reset and the URL was corrected to “https://.API.crm.dynamics.com/XRMServices/2011/Organization.svc” . It is working now.
