    Hi Team,

    I am facing an issue while updating an app to base image 4.0.2. When the app is installed on QRadar 7.5.0 UP7, the date command inside the Docker container returns UTC instead of the system's time. However, with base image 2.0.5, it returns the correct time.

    On the other hand, when the same app (with base image 4.0.2) is installed on QRadar 7.5.0 UP9, it correctly returns the system's time.

    Has anyone encountered a similar issue?
    Any suggestions or workarounds would be greatly appreciated.
