When executing a service having REST calls through file polling I am able to send the messages to the destination successfully.

When executing the same service through debug mode, the message delivery status is “In Transit” and unable to get the response code from the destination system.

Is it a timeout issue or any other reason. Any help regarding this issue is appreciated.

Is your question related to the free trial, or to a production (customer) instance?

Have you installed all the latest fixes for the products and systems you are using?

If possible share the snippet of your code (with masking important details if any), will check what needs to be done.

I think the issue is not with the code or software version as the service is working fine when being called by a file polling port.

Facing issue when running or debugging the service manually. May be with REST call configuration settings. We are exploring more on REST calls.
