Hi All,

I am facing one issue in my BPM process, when i resubmit my process the status doesn’t changes to Resubmitted, also the iteration remains to 1 even after multiple resubmit and also i couldn’t see the updated pipeline in my logged fields.

Although in process Step Details -->Control Actions i can see that a particular step is resubmitted with Action as ‘Process Resubmit’

As per the WM documentation “When you resubmit a process step, Monitor changes the status of both the process
iteration and the resubmitted step iteration to Resubmitted. The statuses of all other steps
in the process iteration are left unchanged.”

We have webMethods version 8.2.

Any suggestion for this issue?

Hi Prateek,

There can be multiple causes for your problem.

Can you check the IS logs. For sure there is in there an error message that can expose the true problem.
