Hello everyone, 

I have a problem with version 2.1.7 of Planning Analytics for Excel. 
When I do a Refresh Book, the data doesn't come back properly, whereas with a Refresh Sheet, no problem. 
I've tried other versions of 2.1.x and I have the same problem. 
With version 2.0.65 I don't have this problem.

We have just migrated from PA 2.0.9 to 2.1.7.

That sounds frustrating-especially after a migration. I haven't encountered this exact issue with PA for Excel 2.1.7, but inconsistencies between Refresh Book and Refresh Sheet can sometimes happen due to how connections or subsets are handled in newer versions.

A few things to check:

1. Workbook Connections: Verify if any legacy connections from 2.0.9 are causing conflicts.

2. Subset/Sandbox Settings: Sometimes, book-level refreshes behave differently with dynamic subsets or sandboxes.

3. Logs/Ticket: If others in your org see this, IBM Support might have insights-it could be a bug in the 2.1.x series.

Since 2.0.65 works, you might need to stick with it temporarily or test 2.1.9 (if available). Let me know if you find a fix!
