  • 1.  issue in database connection in ITKO LISA

    Hi Team,

    i am giving the database connection details in ITKO is for JDBC driver name is : oracle.jdbc.driver.OracleDriver and connection string :jdbc:oracle:thin:@{{SERVER}}:1521:{{SIDNAME}} there i given for SERVER is host name AND for SIDNAME i given service name,i am getting error like : listener does not currently know of SID given in connect descriptor
    could you please help me for this issue.
