Remember that when you ask for help you can only receive as much help as the information contains - try to read here :  http://www.catb.org/esr/faqs/smart-questions.html

But let me start giving some hints - when a workflow operation is forever ended up in "Pending" it is because something happened that was caught and handled in the workflow. The most common reasons are Java Out-of-memory/NullPointer Exceptions and similar unsuspected things (ldap and database connection depletion to name a few).

To find the reason you will need to find the root cause in the available log files - this may not give you full answer but can give an experienced ISIM specialist a clue - trace.log and WAS std.out are the places to start...

To clean up the problems I would cancel the pending transactions and perform the procedure outlined here   : https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/technique-removing-pending-transactions-isim-60-or-70-system

Be aware it is your responsibility to ensure that the cancelled transactions are resubmitted/performed in someway - three is no autmated magic to help you out.

This is one of the core design points when you design your ISIM workflows that the system can "repair itself" to some extend aka "fail gracefully" -  but this is not always possible...

It is POSSIBLE (but not easily) to resubmit a failed request through some advanced API programming - but again - if the system is not designed for it this may create more problems than it solves...
