ISIM throwing error : Not authorize to perform this operation

when creating user using create user button from ISIM console.

However, user where getting created through feed.

ISIM version 7.0.2.0 - virtual appliance .

Unless your ISIM user (called ITIM user in console) is an administrator the account needs to have the proper access to perform the operation. This is governed by the ACIs (under Set System Security -> Manage Access Control Items). Unless your problem is a real bug I would guess you need to request the accesses needed in ISIM to be able to manage (add/modify/delete etc.) persons within the realm you manage...

We are using the default admin account of ISIM, i.e. ITIM Manager

it is also giving same error.

Is this a newly created custom person class ? Or is this the standard person class ?

I would get a case out of the door to see what is causing the problem....
