Couple of questions,
1) Which way have you used for uploading disconnected scan results ?
2) Does you import process came through without any errors ?
3) Does a corresponding import log contains any warnings (WARN:) around DisconnectedScanner step ?
4) Does disconnected scanner summary from import log shows up any values (xxx):
DisconnectedScannerProcessingStatistics::printStatistics::STATISTICS: Number of sucessfully processed files: xxx. Number of skipped files (newer data available): xxx. Number of invalid files: xxx. Number of too old files: xxx. Number of out of sync files: xxx
5) Do you see this disconnected scan results zip package in one of the data source location sub-folders for unsuccessful results: invalid, too_old, out_of_sync ?
