Fibre Channel isn't out of the question, but we're trying to also satisfy some DR issues and with iSCSI we can probably do it but with Fibre Channel it gets a little pricy.

The gist of diskhb though revolves around AIX LVM and enhanced concurrent vgs. I would expect if your iSCSI device shows up as a disk device and you manage it with LVM then it should just work.

    I would agree with the mentality of non-ip/serial hb that while it is NOT required it is strongly recommended.

    If you are able to do it, I think the experience would be good to share.
