ISAM/Salesforces integration success story

    Hello IAM User group!

     

    Does anyone have some interesting story (success I hope) about integrating Salesforces (cloud) offering with ISAM (on-prem or different cloud offering) as the IDP?

     

    I know IBM did it itself (support site), but I was wondering where we could find (if any) some blueprints of how that would be achieved.

     

    I know also that there is the ISAM/Salesforces integration Cookbook available (cic). We tested it 2 years ago (or so) but stop almost immediately when we achieved signing into SaleForces from ISAM as IDP (IdP or SP style). But sometime integration is not just about the "SSO" (federation) portion. There could be other pains points not easily identifiable when approaching this at first.

     

    Any though/experience/input is welcomed.
