    Hello,

    We recently encountered an issue regarding the deployment of host records on multiple virtual appliances that caused a display issue when accessing the Hosts File system settings page via the LMI.

    After investigating this issue with IBM, we found out that it was caused by duplicate host record entries that were deployed using the Creating a host record (IP address and host name) REST API call. This API call currently doesn't check for duplicates when it's used which created the LMI display problem.

    Also, for now, the workaround for this issue is to confirm that they're no duplicates in the host record entries before proceeding with the deployment of the configuration.

    Furthermore, as mentioned above, IBM is already aware of this issue and an APAR is under way to resolve it.
