Hello,
If you did a "user delete <user>" then it will delete the Access Manager data for the user but NOT the registry entry for the user (which you might be using for something else).
You have two choices:
(1) Import the user again and then repeat the delete with "user delete -registry <user>"
(2) Use directory tools to delete the user object directly from the LDAP
