  • 1.  IS6.5 hang-up

    Hi.

    One of our customer of webMethods 6.5 has the following issue.
    Please sincerely provide technical reasons for this IS hang-up.

    1. With IS Admin, set newly the Broker Server on the computer which IS can NOT reach.
    2. Shut down IS but IS hung up. The message in “server.log” is only as below.

    2017-07-26 19:33:42 JST [ISS.0014.0005C] Shutting down server. User requested.

    (By killing the process of IS, they can restart IS.)

    This is the additional Information about OS on which the IS 6.5 is installed.

    Hardware Platform: HP Superdome
    Operating System: HP-UX B.11.23 ia64
    JVM Version: 1.5.0.07

    The following extended setting of the IS has any relation to this IS hanging problem?

    watt.server.dispatcher.comms.brokerPing=30000
