Hi Kishore,
you can create your own JKS truststore containing all CA certificates (which are not part of JVMs cacerts file) required by other certificates (either server and/or client).
Load this truststore under Security → Keystores as a Truststore and set it under Security → Certificates as default truststore.
Restart IS afterwards.
After that you can import/map the client certificate under Security → Certificates → Configure Client Certificates to the IS User which should be allowed to access your server.
