I can go to ibm.com and search for system planning tool and get several hits.  However most do not work.

Search the doc for any Power 10 system for system planning tool and you'll get a page like the following:

However the link provided to download the system planning tool doesn't work.

Dear Robert

I find that thing is in its normal working order.  From my Google search with "ibm system planning tool", I can go to this Technote : https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/ibm-system-planning-tool-power-processor-based-systems and from its Download tab, I can download the latest install file and install the tool with no problem at all. The Technote page was updated 9 January2024.
