Is it possible to have only the ISDS in Docker unlike the ISAM will be traditionally in appliance. Can this achievable? What will be the limitation in ISDS in Docker. Please help me to understand this. Thanks!

    Hello,

IBM Security Directory Suite LDAP Server is available as installable software (v6.4) and as a Virtual Appliance (v8.0). It is not available as a Docker image.

You might be able to create your own container version of the LDAP server by installing the Linux version of v6.4 (including pre-requisite DB2) in a container but pretty sure this would not be supported.

The containerized SDS Proxy and Server went GA on December 9, 2023.  The pages at https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/svd?topic=containers-images  and https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/svd?topic=images-verify-directory-proxy and https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/svd?topic=images-verify-directory-server give the repo links to pull the images from the IBM Cloud
