It appears that the JDBC pool configuration has been corrupted ,

• Have you installed any core fixes recently or made any changes to the JDBC pools, maybe installed a new jdbc pool ?
• Compare the files between <install_dir>/IntegrationServer\instances\default\config\jdbc\pool and <install_dir>/IntegrationServer\instances\default\config\backup\jdbc\pool , see if you find a difference?

I have not installed any core fix…also their is no difference between files both contain same file that is MWS_DB_Conn.xml of 0KB…

In that case have you been able to start up the IS earlier, or this is a fresh installation? The file for DB connection XML cannot be empty. Did you get any errors while installing the product suite? Assuming this includes MWS , Monitor etc
