    Hi All,
    I am using wM 7.12 IS in my localsystem and while trying to restart IS
    i am getting below exception in server logs.

    Error occurred while initializing server: java.lang.StringIndexOutOfBoundsException: String index out of range: -1 at java.lang.String.substring(String.java:1768) at com.wm.app.b2b.server.ostore.FileCache.getKeySvc(FileCache.java:274) at com.wm.app.b2b.server.ostore.ServerCache.load(ServerCache.java:113) at com.wm.app.b2b.server.CacheManager.startSweeper(CacheManager.java:135) at com.wm.app.b2b.server.Server.run(Server.java:485)
