IP Binding in webservice endpoint

  • 1.  IP Binding in webservice endpoint

    Posted Mon July 08, 2013 01:12 PM

The WSDLs that are generated for the provider descriptors on the IS have the endpoint which refers to my machine name in its endpoint. I want the WSDL to have my IP in the endpoint instead of the machine name. How do i do this ?

    Thanks,
    Janardan.

    Hi Janardan,

I am not sure which IS version you are using. But in any case, while creating provider WSD, one of the steps of the command prompt should ask you to select which endpoint you want. It can be either you “default” alias, or a customer host:port combination.

If not, try changing the default alias on the IS to have IP instead of the machine name.
