  • 1.  iOS Home Screen Configuration missing??

    The iOS Home Screen Configuration option in the Security Policies/More/Drop Down list is missing.  How do I get that back?  The most recent time I used it was 6/19/2019.

    Hi IBM Community,

    This isn't a question for IBM, but as an AT&T Alien Vault Affiliate Partnering with everyone in the IoT Industry, try going into setting, scroll to display and choose blank or original screen set-up? If that doesn't work, go to General in Settings, the scroll to bottom and click Reset? You should see options that say "Reset Network Settings" try that, or try "Reset Homescreen Layout", if that doesn't work tells me you need to change your keyboard back to the iOS Version by clicking "Reset Keyboard Dictionary, now mind you that when doing each step turn phone of for approximately 30 seconds, if that doesn't work wait 30 minutes, if still not the screen you need call Apple or just  

    I sY this because there are crooks in all walks of life!

    My group name for these questions shows it as a Maas360 group, so that is who the question was intended for.  I opened a case and the issue was resolved-

    Hi Dana,

     

    Can you please navigate to Setup > Settings > Device Enrollment Settings > Advanced > and enable the check for 'Setup Supervised Devices using Apple Configurator'? Then please save the settings and check - that should appear in the Policies page.

    Hi Dana - This could just be a UI hitch - have you tried a different browser or in incognito mode?  If it's still not there, we may need to investigate on the backend, so I would recommend reaching out to our support teams.

    Hey Matt,

    Thanks, but the suggestion to 'Setup Supervised Devices using Apple Configurator" did actually fix the issue. I was using Firefox 68.0, but it also appears that this may have been unchecked recently.  Anyway, I added the check and we're good to go.
