  • 1.  iOS Apps not installing

    Basically when I open up the App Catalog and select an app to install, it adds an icon to the home screen but then it says "Waiting", I've spent all day trying different things, reading different forums and nothing, I'm posting this as a last resort.

    I believe I've done all the VPP tokens and Apple DEP stuff correctly but I could be wrong (these are the first iPhones I've enrolled), I can go into further detail if needed.

    So I all ways seem to find my own solution when asking for help on forums.

    I restarted the device and the apps downloaded an installed straight away, why this was the case I have no idea but now I can give the phone out to the user.

    I just purchased a new phone yesterday, iPhone 11 Pro. All information got transferred. Except my apps are all still in waiting queue.

    I was signing out and back into the App Store, which seems fixed the problem:

    1. Open Settings and scroll down to iTunes & App Store.

    2. Then, tap on your Apple ID at the top of the screen and tap Sign Out. Finally, enter your Apple ID and password to log back in.

    Troubleshooting tips mentioned by this post.
