    Hi All,

    We have recently installed SSP and SSPCM. When trying to login to UI of SSP CM for the first time, it is throwing password error.

    We are using default 'admin' user id, 'password' as password

    Please check the attachment.

    Kindly let us know if there is any way to resolve by updating password instead of reinstalling. No custom userid or password was set during install

    Hi

    Default use is "admin". And password should be same as what you have specified during CM installation.
    It should have prompted for a passphrase during CM installation. You need to use that one.

    We have this command to reset the passphrase but you need to enter the current password to reset it.
    changePassphrase.sh

    Check your CM start-up command output to see if any errors reported during start-up.
