Invalid port number when adding a server in My webMethods

  • 1.  Invalid port number when adding a server in My webMethods

    When I try to add a server in ESB in the My webMethods Server Portal, I receive the following error:
    “Unable to save server settings. Port number is not valid.”

    I try to add the integration server with port number “57799” in the section: Applications > Administration > Integration > ESB. It is a valid port number.

    Is it possible that it is a bug? If yes, is there a patch that can be installed?

    Are you sure is the IS and host that port number is valid and no typos?..To me it doesn’t sounds a MWS bug as per the error.

    What is your IS url (ip:port)
