Team, I wanted to share with you that if you have not taken the Introduction to Finance course I highly recommend you do.  For non accountant, non finance folks like myself it provided a lot of answers to what you will be doing in Apptio.  I am a systems analyst in IT, after taking this course I now have a better understanding of the language that finance folks use.  I would also highly recommend you share this with IT managers, they for sure will get a lot of benefit from it.

John, thanks so much for the feedback. We're also working on a "Communicating with Finance" course targeted for early next year. Let us know if you encounter any other questions or challenges in this area and we'll try to get them worked into that class. It will be instructor-led in the Elite TBMA track but still accessible to all AAEP holders...Speaking of accreditation, it looks like you've completed a fair amount of the Recognized TBMA requirements, way to go!
