Hi everyone, 

We are currently kicking off IT Planning, Cost Transparency, and Cloudability and want to get value quickly.

I'm looking to see what tried and true resources are out there so I'm not reinventing the wheel.

The intention is to have a knowledge database for internal users with training materials and procedures to get people proficient in using the tool, as well as a mapping of which reports will benefit which stakeholders.

Does anyone have something like this that they've had success with during their Apptio implementation?
